The space dedicated to the kitchen is large. The machines are modern and meet the HACCP procedures manual. During the preparation of meals we take a strict hygiene.

We are highly trained to accommodate vegetarians and vegans. We play at home. The cuisine of the Cilento, a poor source from the garden or the lawn [chicory, chard, watercress, mallow etc] is ideal.
We come from rural areas and are used to being vegetarian
